Ingredients for White Fish Cakes Recipe

  • 340 gram white fish
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 3 No.s garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon green onions
  • 1 tablespoon hot Pepper
  • 1 No.s egg
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • As required Oil

Directions: White Fish Cakes Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cut the onion and carrot in 1 inch pieces and prepare fish pieces. Grind the fish.

step 2

  • STEP 1. In the blender add carrot, onion and garlic and mix again.

step 3

  • STEP 1. Finally add green onion and hot pepper (finely chopped)  and add flour, salt, white pepper powder and mix.

step 4

  • STEP 1. Now cook in the heated pan with oil and fry until the fish becomes golden brown.
