Ingredients for White chickpeas mix with eggs gravy Recipe
125.25 nos White chickpeas gm.
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder one
3/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder one
1 teaspoon Coriander powder one
1.25 teaspoon Cumin powder one
1.50 nos Eggs four
1.75 tablespoons Oil two
2 nos salt for taste
2.25 nos Onion one
2.50 teaspoon Garam masala powder one
2.75 nos Water for cook three cups.
3 teaspoon Ginger paste one
3.25 nos Garlic paste one teaspoon.
Directions: White Chickpeas Mix With Eggs Gravy Recipe
STEP 1.Take the white chickpeas wash it well and boil in pressure cooker for soft in ten minutes.
Take the eggs and boil , after boiling peel the skin. Now take a pan and add the oil heat in high flame. The boil eggs mix with turmeric powder and salt and fry in oil in medium heat. Now take one another pan and add the oil heat in high flame. Now add the onion slices fry in medium heat. Add the turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt all are mixed well and fry in low heat for few minutes. Add the garlic and ginger paste mix with fry masala in low heat for few minutes. Now add the boiling white chickpeas and fry with masala for one minute. Now add the fry eggs and mix well with them and cook for two minutes. Now add the water for boiling. When they are like heavy then i remove the white chickpeas eggs gravy from the flame and cover the lid for two minutes. Serve it hot with rice. You can be roti,naan, or plain pulao.
STEP 2.The white chickpeas eggs gravy was very tasty and delicious also healthy.
