STEP 1.First of all remove the bowl from freeze and let it cool at room temperature for 3 to 5 hrs

STEP 3.After 3 to 4 mins it is thick layer of butter formed.
STEP 4.Squeeze out all the water pressing it by palms and put it 8n another bowl
STEP 5.Serve it.
