Ingredients for Wheat usli Recipe

Wheat

Carrot ( grated )
0.08 g
Fresh coconut ( grated )
0.67 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves
as required
Lemon juice

Oil

Mustard seeds
0.17 tsp
jeera
A Few
Curry leaves few

Hing

green chilli paste
as required
Salt as required
Directions: Wheat Usli Recipe
STEP 1.
Soak wheat for about 6 to 8 hrs.
STEP 2.
Cook in a pressure cooker till soft.
STEP 3.
Drain the water and keep aside.
STEP 4.
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan , add mustard, jeera , curry leaves and hing.
STEP 5.
When mustard starts splutter, add boiled wheat , chilli paste, carrot and grated coconut.
STEP 6.
Saute for a minute.
STEP 7.
Now add salt and lemon juice.
STEP 8.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
