#mom My mum is little old. she doesn't like to eat spicy or fry food. I always prefer to give such types of food which gives her energy and nutrition .this wheat rava upma has lots of vegetables in it which gives healthy Option to her and this interesting way of eating vegetables she always likes when she eat this super easy upma she feels happy and healthy.

Ingredients for Wheat rawa upma Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup wheat rawa
  • 1/2 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 Tsp mustard seed
  • 1/4 Tsp chana daal
  • 1/4 Tsp urad daal
  • 1/2 Pieces red chillies
  • 1/2 Pieces chopped green chillies
  • 0.06 Cup chopped carrot
  • 0.06 Cup fresh peas
  • 0.06 Cup chopped beans
  • 1/4 Pieces chopped onion
  • 2.50 Pieces curry leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp black pepper powder
  • 0.13 Tbsp salt
  • 3/4 Cups water

Directions: Wheat Rawa Upma Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat up oil in a pan, add in the seasoning channa dal, mustard seeds, Urdu dal,curry leaves,red chillies,Let it sizzle for seconds.
  • STEP 2.Add green chillies, onion, carrot peas, beans,Saute the ingredients to combine well.
  • STEP 3.Add all the spices and curry leaves. Quick stir for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add water, salt. Bring to boil for couple of minutes.
  • STEP 5.Now, pour in broken wheat Rava. Gently give a stir.
  • STEP 6. cook until it becomes dry and cook completely.
