Ingredients for Wheat puttu Recipe

  • 0-1 cup *Roasted wheat flour
  • 0-1/2 nos *Ghee tsp.
  • As required *Salted water- as reqd.
  • As required *Grated coconut- as reqd.

Directions: Wheat Puttu Recipe

  • STEP 1.*Combine ghee and flour, mix well gently.
  • STEP 2.*Springle salted water on flour and mix well gradually.
  • STEP 3.*Put some coconut in puttu maker, then flour and again coconut. Steam it for 8-10 mins.
  • STEP 4.*Serve hot with banana/any curry.
