Naan is a fresh Indian flat bread, mainly it's a Punjabi cusion which made with refined flour.
But I made it's healthy version which made with whole wheat flour... it seems looks and taste like refined flour naan...
STEP 1.Take flour in a big plate or plate, add milk powder, curd, salt, sugar, oil and mix it well.
Now add eno fruit salt, mix and knead a sticky dough by adding milk little by little. Now grease your hands and do smooth dough for 3-4 minutes and keep it for 10 minutes by covering it with a light wet cloth.
STEP 2.Now after 10 minutes, once more knead the dough and make a little big dough. Now apply fennel and green coriander on it and give it an oval shape by rolling it with light hands. (If you want, you can also make round)
STEP 3.Now turn the naan over and apply water on it and put it on the hot pan with the water side. Naan will start blooming in no time.
STEP 4.Turn the pan upside down and shake the naan on low medium flame. Apply ghee or butter and serve with lentils and vegetables with your choice...
