A healthy instant dosa variety made from wheat flour or atta ideal for early morning breakfast, unlike the other traditional south indian dosa recipe, Wheat dosa does not require fermentation and batter can be prepared within minutes.
STEP 1.In a large mixing bowl take ½ cup wheat flour, ½ cup rice flour, 2 tbsp rava and 1 tbsp of curd and water.
STEP 2.Combine everything to prepare a batter.
STEP 3.Then add ½ chopped onion, 1 inch ginger, 1 green chilli, 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp curry leaves, 1 tsp cumin and 1 tsp salt.
STEP 4.Add ½ cup water or as required and prepare a thin consistency batter and let the batter rest for 20 minutes.
STEP 5.On a hot pan carefully pour the dosa batter.
STEP 6.Sprinkle ½ tsp of oil from the top.
STEP 7.Let it cook until it is golden brown in colour in medium flame.
STEP 8.Serve wheat dosa hot with any chutney and enjoy.
