Ingredients for wheat Daliya lapsi Recipe

  • 1/4 cup wheat daliya (fada)
  • 3/4 tb Sp ghee
  • As required ½ Cup Jaggery
  • 1 cup Water
  • As required ¼ tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tbsp Dryfruit
  • As required ¼ tsp saffron
  • 1.25 nos Almonds for garnish

Directions: Wheat Daliya Lapsi Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, heat 4 cups of water in a pan, add jaggery and melt it. In another side cooker, heat ghee, add cracked wheat and fry till golden color.
  • STEP 2.Then add boiled water, cardamom powder, saffron. Mix everything well and cook for 3 whistles on medium flame. After the cooker cools down, open it and add dry fruits.
  • STEP 3.Torn lapsi is ready, decorate with almonds from above. This way lapsi becomes instant. Serve hot.
