STEP 1.First of all, heat 4 cups of water in a pan, add jaggery and melt it. In another side cooker, heat ghee, add cracked wheat and fry till golden color.
STEP 2.Then add boiled water, cardamom powder, saffron. Mix everything well and cook for 3 whistles on medium flame. After the cooker cools down, open it and add dry fruits.
STEP 3.Torn lapsi is ready, decorate with almonds from above. This way lapsi becomes instant. Serve hot.
