STEP 1.Grind all the grains and poha and let it ferment for 8 hours.
STEP 2.In the morning take some batter in mixer add the rind and grind.
STEP 3.Add this to main batter.
STEP 4.Mix with salt
STEP 5.Heat a iron tava and smear some oil
STEP 6.Take 2 ladle full of the batter and put on the girdle
STEP 7.Let it spread on its own
STEP 8.when pores come on top side reverse it
STEP 9.spread some oil on the sides
STEP 10.eaat it hot with green chutney
