This watermelon pizza is one of my favorite summertime dessert for picnics and barbecues. It's healthy, easy to make and customize, and so fun for a crowd.
1/4 inch Large round watermelon slice about 1 thick, cut from the center of the melon

0.06 cup Cream cheese whipped
1/4 tablespoon Honey
1/4 tablespoon Shredded coconut for topping
