  • 1 cups Poha (Flattened rice)
  • 1/2 nos medium onion
  • 1/2 nos medium potato
  • 0-1/2 nos green chilies
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • As required A handful of peanuts
  • 0-1 nos Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • As required fresh coriander leaves

Directions: Watermelon Juice With Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method for watermelon juice Place the chopped watermelon in a blender.
  • STEP 2.Add lemon juice, sugar (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  • STEP 3.Blend until smooth.
  • STEP 4.Strain the juice through a fine sieve to remove any pulp (optional).
  • STEP 5.Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes if desired.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • STEP 7.Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • STEP 16.Cook for a couple of minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  • STEP 17.Remove from heat and add lemon juice. Mix well.
  • STEP 18.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • STEP 19.Serve hot and enjoy!
