Ingredients for Watermelon Halwa Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Rava/ Suji
  • 1/2 Cup Watermelon juice
  • 1 Cups Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Desi ghee
  • As required Sugar
  • As required chopped dryfruits
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom powder

Directions: Watermelon Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in kadahi on medium flame,add suji,roast it on medium to slow flame till it changes colour and aroma spreads.
  • STEP 2.Now add milk,mix well,cook with lid for 2 minutes,now add watermelon juice and sugar and cardamom powder ,mix well.
  • STEP 3.Cook with lid on slow flame till it leaves the kadahi,stir in between ,add chopped dryfruits ,mix well.
  • STEP 4.Now off the flame ,serve hot with garnishing with chopped dryfruits !
