Ingredients for Water Chestnut Dumpling Recipe

  • 1.67 Pieces 5 to 6 Potatoes (Cut in to round shape)
  • to taste Rock salt
  • 0.33 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 g green chilli paste
  • 0.67 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.33 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.33 g Refind oil for frying

Directions: Water Chestnut Dumpling Recipe

  • STEP 1.✍️__First of all, cut the Potatoes in ti round shape and put it in water. Then we will prepare the flour batter.
  • STEP 2.✍️__Now we will take water Chestnut flour in a bowl, them add salt, black pepper powder, chilli paste, and chopped coriander leaves and mix it. Then add water according and prepare a medium Salution.
  • STEP 3.✍️__Make Sure the batter is neither too. Thin -nar too thick. Take our batter is ready. Now keep the oil for heating.
  • STEP 4.✍️__After that we will dip the cut Potatoes in the prepared batter and fry then in oil take our fasting, hot water Chestnut flour dumping are ready.
  • STEP 5.✍️__Enjoy eating hot dumping with Coriander Chutney and hot Ginger tea.😋😋
