  • STEP 1.To make Water Apple Sharbat, start by thoroughly washing 4 water apples and then chopping them into small pieces. Next, take a bunch of fresh mint leaves and wash them as well. In a blender, combine the chopped water apples, mint leaves, juice from 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and a little bit of green chili for a slight kick. Add 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds for a refreshing flavor and a pinch of black salt according to your taste. Blend everything together until smooth. Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove any pulp. Add 5-6 ice cubes to chill the sharbat. Stir well and serve immediately for a refreshing drink.
