It is very TASTY,, COMPLETELY NEW INNOVATIVE ,, HEALTHY RECIPE .
I have used walnuts and spring onions as stuffings, which are very rich in vitamins,,
proteins and calories.
STEP 2.Cut the spring onions,, onions and tomato into small pieces.
STEP 3.Cut the coriander leaves and green chilli into small pieces.
STEP 4.Cut the eggplant in such a way that it looks like a ladies shoe and the cut portions of the eggplant are taken in a bowl
STEP 5.Heat the pan and add 2 spoons of butter and add cut eggplant portions and spring onions pieces.
STEP 6.Then add onions pieces and stir continuously and when it becomes fried add salt .
STEP 7.Then add tomato pieces,, Green chilli,, coriander leaves,, chopped garlic and mix thoroughly.
STEP 8.Take walnuts in a grinder and make course powder.
STEP 9.Now add these crushed walnuts with eggplant,, spring onion and mix well.
The tasty stuffings is ready.
STEP 10.Then add Origano on this stuffings.
STEP 11.Now fry all the sides of the shoe shaped eggplant on the pan with remaining butter.
