Ingredients for Wada pav Recipe

  • 1.33 nos big boiled aloo or potatos
  • 0.67 cups Besan
  • 0.33 tbsp Rice Flour
  • As required Pinch of soda
  • As required Oil to fry
  • 3.33 tbsp green paste( chilies
  • 2.67 nos Garlic Cloves
  • 0.33 inch and halfadrak)
  • 0.08 tsp Haldi
  • As required Pinch of hing
  • 3.33 nos Curry leaves
  • As required Salt as per taste
  • 0.33 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.08 cup fresh coriander finely chopped
  • 4 nos pav
  • 0.33 cup khobra chutney(dry Khobra or coconut
  • As required chili powder
  • As required salt and garlic)
  • 2 nos green chillies

Directions: Wada Pav Recipe

  • STEP 1.First peel of cover from Potoatos and mash it and add green paste and haldi,hing,lemonjuice,salt ,cut curry leaves by hand and add to it and coriander and mix well

  • STEP 2.make medium ball out of this mixture and then take one big bowl add besan and rice flour and salt and soda and little haldi or turmeric and mix well and beat it for 5 min to get soft and light.

  • STEP 3.now keep kadhai on gas add oil for frying and when it will get hot dip potato ball in besan batter and fry it in hot oil till golden brown .In same oil fry green miirchi and keep aside with adding little salt in that.

  • STEP 4.Do the same for all balls . Now our delicious Batata wada ready .Cut pav and spread red chutney and place wada and mirchi and serve hot .

  • STEP 5.its very tasty and very delicious dish to enhance our taste buds.
