Ingredients for VRAT SPECIAL- SINGHARA ATTA PANJEERI Recipe

  • 50 g Singhara flour
  • 25 g Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon ghee
  • 1/4 Teaspoon elaichi powder
  • 25 g Coriander powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon some dry fruits as on your choice

Directions: Vrat Special- Singhara Atta Panjeeri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan, keep it on a low flame, add ghee and roast the flour till brown.
  • STEP 2.Let the mixture cool down at room temperature, then add coriander powder and powdered sugar.
  • STEP 3.Add elaichi powder and dry roast chopped dry fruits.
  • STEP 4.Mix well and garnish with basil leaves.
  • STEP 5.The dish is ready to serve!
