  • 0.38 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/4 Large carrot - grated
  • 3 sprig Fresh sweet basil
  • 1/4 Head lettuce - leaf separated and tear of stiff spine
  • As required Vietnamese dipping sauce
  • 50 gram Rice vermicelli
  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup Sweet basil
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/4 inch 1 large cucumber - peeled, halved, seeded and sliced into matchsticks
  • 1/4 cup Bean Sprouts
