3/4 cup Around of vegetables cut into bite-size piecesive used red peppers, green beans, mushrooms , and carrotsand theyve all worked very well. squash or sweet potatoes would be interesting , as would strips of cabbage or leafy greens. in the case of the pictures here, i used 2 large red peppers
