  • 0.33 cup cooked grains * I used Bob's Red Mill barley and quinoa

  • 0.08 cup toasted peanut chopped
  • 1/25 cup toasted pinenuts
  • 0.08 mango peeled + diced
  • 0.33 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 0.17 avocado pitted, peeled + sliced
  • 0.67 ounce goat cheese or feta cheese crumbled
