Vermicelli with custard is a delicious fusion of vermicelli (also known as Sewiyan) custard. This vermicelli cups can also be filled with Shrikhand, Rabdi.
1/2 As Required For Ganishing Chopped almonds, chopped
1/4 As Required For Ganishing tuti fruti
Directions: Vermicelli Bowl Pudding Recipe
STEP 1.To make Vermicelli bowl:
STEP 2.Take a pan and add ghee in it. Heat it for 2 Min. Now add vermicelli and cook till colour turns golden brown.Now pour condensed milk and mix vermicelli well. Don't cool it completely.
STEP 3.Add the vermicelli mixture in a greased mould, set the mixture wid spoon in the bowl shape.
STEP 4.Put the mould in the refrigerator for 20 min. till the vermicelli bowl sets .
STEP 5.For Pudding:
STEP 6.Now take a bowl. Add milk and Custard powder & mix well.
STEP 7.Keep stirring till it reaches the required consistency.
STEP 8.Now take out the Vermicelli bowl from the refrigerator & pour one spoon of custard into it.
STEP 9.Garnish with chopped nuts and tutti fruti.
