Ingredients for Vermicelli Bowl Pudding Recipe

  • 1/4 packet Vermicelli
  • 1/2 tbsps Ghee
  • 12.50 gms Condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Sugar
  • 0.13 As Required For Ganishing Chopped almonds, chopped
  • 0.06 As Required For Ganishing tuti fruti

Directions: Vermicelli Bowl Pudding Recipe

  • STEP 1.To make Vermicelli bowl:
  • STEP 2.Take a pan and add ghee in it. Heat it for 2 Min. Now add vermicelli and cook till colour turns golden brown.Now pour condensed milk and mix vermicelli well. Don't cool it completely.
  • STEP 3.Add the vermicelli mixture in a greased mould, set the mixture wid spoon in the bowl shape.
  • STEP 4.Put the mould in the refrigerator for 20 min. till the vermicelli bowl sets .
  • STEP 5.For Pudding:
  • STEP 6.Now take a bowl. Add milk and Custard powder & mix well.
  • STEP 7.Keep stirring till it reaches the required consistency.
  • STEP 8.Now take out the Vermicelli bowl from the refrigerator & pour one spoon of custard into it.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with chopped nuts and tutti fruti.
