Rice vermicelli is a very fine noodle made of ground rice and used primarily in Asian cooking. There is a sweet and spicy version of this noodle. The sweet version is popular in India while the spicy version is famous in their neighboring country.
STEP 1.First, boil and drain the vermicelli noodles. Then add 2tsp sweet and dark soy sauce, 2tbsp soy sauce, and mix it well. Add more light soy sauce if needed.

STEP 2.Chop all the necessary veggies (celery, carrot. Cabbage, spring onions, onion, 6-7 garlic cloves, and green fava beans).

STEP 3.Dice the sausage and shrimp.

STEP 4.Take a pan and add 3-4 tbsp oil, add the chopped sausage, and saute them.

STEP 5.Then add the chopped garlic, shrimp, and saute them well. Fry the shrimp from both sides.

STEP 6.Now add the sliced onions, saute them. Once translucent add the green veggies and saute them. Add the grated carrots after sautéing for 4-5mins.

STEP 7.Add 1tsp chickpea flour, salt to taste, and saute them.

STEP 8.Add the boiled vermicelli noodles and stir them in a scooping motion. Mix all the ingredients well.

STEP 9.And your tasty vermicelli noodles are good to serve.
