Ingredients for Vermicelli Coated "Amrit Bhog" Recipe

  • 1/4 g : 100gm thin Vermecelli
  • 1/2 g : 100gm Cottage Cheese
  • 3/4 g : 100gm Cashew nuts
  • 1 g : 100gm Almonds
  • 1.25 Cup :Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
  • 1.50 g :200g+2tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 1.75 Tsp :2 tsp Ghee
  • 2 Tsp :Cardamom Powder 1tsp
  • 2.25 Tsp :Powdered milk 4tsp
  • 2.50 Cup :Liquid Milk 1/4th cup
  • 2.75 Tsp :Rose essence 1tsp
  • 3 Cup :Mango Squash -Dried 1/2cup
  • 3.25 Cup :Water 1/2 cup
  • 3.50 Tsp :Cornflour 1tsp
  • 3.75 Tsp :Crushed Pistachio and Rose petals for garnishing.

Directions: Vermicelli Coated "amrit Bhog" Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1: Mash the cottage cheese
  • STEP 2.Step2: Add the Cashew and Almond in Liquid Milk and make a paste
  • STEP 3.Step 3: On a non-stick pan add 200g condensed milk ,then add the mashed cottage-cheese, the cashew-almond paste, grated coconut and stir continuously until it condenses (in low to medium flame).Now add a bit of cardamom powder and allow it to settle in a greased tray (ghee).You may even refrigerate it.
  • STEP 4.Step 4:In another nonstick pan fry the the vermicelli until Golden-red in desi ghee. Now add 2tbsp condensed milk and rose essence and make a sticky dough out of it.
  • STEP 5.Step 5:For mango sauce take 1/2 cup dried mango squash and 1/2 cup water and simultaneously add corn-flour as you stir it continually to reach the optimum consistency.
  • STEP 6.Step 6:Assimilate and Serve
  • STEP 7.Make small heart shaped delicacies using your desired cookie-cutter and coat the periphery using the golden-red Vermicelli noodles.
  • STEP 8.Now make a small hole at the surface and fill it subtly with the Mango Sauce. Garnish with some crushed pistachios and dried Rose petals.
