Ingredients for Ven Pongal Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Raw rice
  • 0.17 cup moong dal
  • 1 cups water
  • 16.67 gm Ghee
  • 0.33 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp Chopped ginger
  • As Required Cashew nuts
  • As Required Curry leaves
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Ven Pongal Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a cooker add rice, Dal and water 5 whistles in high flame.
  • STEP 2.In a pan add ghee is heated add block pepper, cumin seeds, ginger, cashew nuts and curry leaves and then add into Ven Pongal.
