Ingredients for Velvate gajar ka Halwa 💖 Recipe

  • 1/10 kg Carrots
  • 1/10 cup Grated coconut
  • 1/10 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/10 cup Malai
  • 0.03 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/20 cup chopped roasted dryfruits
  • 1/20 cup 1 and 1/2 cup sug
  • 1/2 g serving spoon ghee or more you need

Directions: Velvate Gajar Ka Halwa 💖 Recipe

  • STEP 1.First nicely the carrots,then grate it.Then heat the utensil and pour one serving spoon ghee and add grated carrots in it. mix it well.continuously stir one minute.

  • STEP 2.Then add one big bowl malai,one third tsp cardamom powder. Stir again and cover the lid of utensil for ten minutes,in sim flame.

  • STEP 3.After ten minutes,open the lid and mix it again and cover the lid for ten minutes.

  • STEP 4.After ten minutes open the lid and mix again and keep the lid for ten minutes. Then add one and a half cups of sugar and chopped dry fruits. Mix the one cup condensed milk ,again and cook for six-seven minutes.

  • STEP 5.Then heat another pan and add two serving spoons of ghee and swirl this carrot mixture in it and fry well. Then add a bowl of grated coconut and ghee if needed.

  • STEP 6.Mix and stir continuously until the ghee leaves. Now the carrot halwa is ready. Garnish with grated coconut and serve hot or cold as desired.💖😊😋
