Ingredients for Veggies Vermicelli poha Recipe

  • 1/4 g Ingredients for Vermicelli
  • 62.50 g Of vermicelli
  • 1/4 g Water according to
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Refined oil
  • 1/4 g Ingredients for Veggies Vermicelli poha
  • 1/4 Cup Boiled vermicelli
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 0.13 cup Finely chopped potato
  • 0.13 g Bowl green peas
  • 1/4 g chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 g cloves of garlic (Finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 0.06 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 g Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Veggies Vermicelli Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.✍️__ First of all, we will take water according to the bhagoni, then add salt and oil to it and bring it to a boil. Then add Vermicelli and boil it for 2 minutes and then filter it in a sieve.
  • STEP 2.✍️__Then we will boil the vermicelli and filter it, after that we will cut all the vegetables and collect all the ingredients.
  • STEP 3.✍️__Now heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds. Then we will fry by adding chopped onions. After that add green peas Potatoes and turmeric powder,salt and mix. and cook for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 4.✍️__After Cooking, add all the spices and mix it well. Then we will turn off the gas. and mix it by adding Vermicelli.
  • STEP 5.✍️__Then turn on the gas and mix lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Take our healthy and delicious Evening Snacks is ready.
  • STEP 6.✍️__ Take out the hot veggies Vermicelli poha in a plate and enjoy eating it by adding some chopped coriander leaves on top. Also enjoy hot tea with it.😋😋
