My all time favourite snacks Vermicelli. 😋😋 I have made Absolutely healthy and tasty delicious Veggies Vermicelli poha for evening snacks. This poha is made in very less time. and it is absolutely healthy to eat too.
STEP 1.✍️__ First of all, we will take water according to the bhagoni, then add salt and oil to it and bring it to a boil. Then add Vermicelli and boil it for 2 minutes and then filter it in a sieve.
STEP 2.✍️__Then we will boil the vermicelli and filter it, after that we will cut all the vegetables and collect all the ingredients.
STEP 3.✍️__Now heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds. Then we will fry by adding chopped onions. After that add green peas Potatoes and turmeric powder,salt and mix. and cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 4.✍️__After Cooking, add all the spices and mix it well. Then we will turn off the gas. and mix it by adding Vermicelli.
STEP 5.✍️__Then turn on the gas and mix lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Take our healthy and delicious Evening Snacks is ready.
STEP 6.✍️__ Take out the hot veggies Vermicelli poha in a plate and enjoy eating it by adding some chopped coriander leaves on top. Also enjoy hot tea with it.😋😋
