STEP 1.First dry roast suji in a pan till aroma releases. Keep all the chopped vegetables ready.
STEP 2.Boil coconut milk and keep aside. Heat a pan and dry roast udiddal, saunf, cumin and mustard first and then add oil.
STEP 3.When starts cracking add curry leaves asafoetida and red garlic Chutney saute for a while add all the veggies and saute it stirring continuously. Add roasted suji and again mix well and saute for a while.
STEP 4.Add salt and chopped coriander mix well and pour coconut milk stirring continuously on medium flame. Cook stirring continuously till upma is cooked nicely. Serve Healthy Tasty Veggie Coconut Suji Upma in a plate garnishing with chopped vegetables.
