  • 0.33 Handful Onion chopped
  • 0.33 Handful Tomato chopped
  • 0.33 A Handful Carrot chopped
  • 0.08 g cup purple cabbage finely chopped
  • 0.08 cup cup red capsicum chopped
  • 0.08 g cup -green capsicum chopped
  • 0.08 cup cup Sweetcorn
  • 0.08 cup cup Broccoli chopped
  • 0.33 cup cup suji
  • 1 cup Cup coconut milk
  • 0.33 tbsp dry red garlic chutney
  • 0.33 Tsp As per taste Salt
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 tsp Udid dal
  • 0.33 tsp Saunf
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin
  • 0.33 tsp Mustard
  • 0.17 tsp Asafoetida
  • 0.17 cup Chopped coriander
  • as required Few chopped cabb
  • 0.33 A Handful Capsicum
  • A Handful Coriander
  • A Handful Sweetcorn and spring onion

Directions: Veggie Coconut Suji Upma Recipe

  • STEP 1.First dry roast suji in a pan till aroma releases. Keep all the chopped vegetables ready.
  • STEP 2.Boil coconut milk and keep aside. Heat a pan and dry roast udiddal, saunf, cumin and mustard first and then add oil.
  • STEP 3.When starts cracking add curry leaves asafoetida and red garlic Chutney saute for a while add all the veggies and saute it stirring continuously. Add roasted suji and again mix well and saute for a while.
  • STEP 4.Add salt and chopped coriander mix well and pour coconut milk stirring continuously on medium flame. Cook stirring continuously till upma is cooked nicely. Serve Healthy Tasty Veggie Coconut Suji Upma in a plate garnishing with chopped vegetables.
