  • 1 Garlic Cloves
  • 0.13 cup Red Kidney Beans

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 Green chilly i used the one that i got from indian grocery store
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
  • 0.13 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
