A desi Jalfrezi veg recipe prepared from gravy of tomatoes, onions, cashews and vinegar. Combined with bell peppers, paneer and loads of other veggies.
STEP 1.Take a pan, add 2 spoons of butter. then add some sliced tomatoes, onions, cashews, some red chilli powder, dry fenugreek leaves, garam masal and add 2 cups of water.
STEP 2.Cook the ingredients for 25 minutes on high flame. Now add some vinegar, sugar and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
STEP 3.Grind the cooled mixture into a mixer grinder and form a paste.
STEP 4.Take the pan again, add 2 spoons of butter now add yellow peppers, red pepper, capsicum, peas, cauliflower, potatoes, radish, paneer etc.
STEP 5.Cook these vegetable for 10 minutes. Cook them about 80% . Add some salt to taste and mix nicely. Now add the gravy prepared earlier. mix nicely and serve fresh.
