It's a vegetarian delight, unique and different, soft tender eggless potato paneer eggs, fairly easy to do a fusion, food lovers will love this magical recipe of mine.

0.15 cup Tomato Puree

1/10 teaspoon Red chillie
1/20 teaspoon turmeric powder for dish and 1/4 to be mixed with crumbled paneer for egg yolk
1/10 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/20 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1/10 teaspoon coriander powder
1/10 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/5-0.40 Green chillies chopped
As required coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
As required Onion paste
pinch red food colour
1/10 teaspoon saunf
