Ingredients for Vegetarian Egg Curry Recipe

  • 1/5 oil karchi for dish and for deep frying as needed
  • 1/10 cup Water
  • 0.60-0.80 potatoes medium sized
  • 50 gram Paneer
  • 1/5-0.40 teaspoon maida
  • 1/5 teaspoon Cournflour
  • 0.15 cup Tomato Puree
  • As required Salt
  • 1/10 teaspoon Red chillie
  • 1/20 teaspoon turmeric powder for dish and 1/4 to be mixed with crumbled paneer for egg yolk
  • 1/10 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/20 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/5-0.40 Green chillies chopped
  • As required coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
  • As required Onion paste
  • pinch red food colour
  • 1/10 teaspoon saunf
