Ingredients for Vegetarian Corn Chowder Soup Recipe
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 Celery, chopped stalks
1 cup Milk
1.50 cup Water or more if required
2 No.s Potatoes boiled and peeled
1 cup Sweet corn steamed
1 cup Black peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon Whole black peppercorns roughly pound for garnish
Directions: Vegetarian Corn Chowder Soup Recipe
step 1
STEP 1.Slice 2 stalks of celery and saute in 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil till soft. Keep aside.
step 2
STEP 2.1 in a blender jar add 2 boiled and peeled potatoes,1 cup steamed sweet corn, 2 stalks of celery chopped and sauteed till soft,1 tsp peppercorns and 1 cup milk, 1 cup water to blend or more if required.
step 3
STEP 3.2 blend till smooth texture is reached.
step 4
STEP 4.3 transfer to a saucepan and bring to a brisk boil. Turn off the heat and serve hot.
step 5
STEP 5.4 garnish with ½ tsp roughly pounded black peppercorns.
