Vegetarian Ceviche Recipe

Last week i made this tasty cauliflower-based vegetarian ceviche, with avocado and lime. Its full of flavor and a tasty alternative for those who do not eat fish or seafood. Its taste doesnt take a back seat to traditional ceviche. Although we are not vegetarians at home, we do enjoy a few days without meat. For this ceviche, i used a versatile ingredient that goes a long way in many dishes: cauliflower. I hope you enjoy this vegetarian ceviche and encourage you to make it at home soon.
