Last week i made this tasty cauliflower-based vegetarian ceviche, with avocado and lime. Its full of flavor and a tasty alternative for those who do not eat fish or seafood. Its taste doesnt take a back seat to traditional ceviche. Although we are not vegetarians at home, we do enjoy a few days without meat.
