  • 2 green cardamom
  • 8 black pepper corn
  • 3 strings mace
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 As required tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon For tempting, cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon shahi jeera
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 big size onion cut in julien
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 3 green chillies cut in half
  • 1 kashmiri chilli cut in 3 to 4 pieses
  • 1 teaspoon fennel powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon desi ghee
  • As required Adjust salt according
  • As required Fresh chopped corriender
