STEP 1.Take Gram flour, rice flour,salt,chilli powder mix everything together until it become a smooth paste.
STEP 2.Now add all chopped vegetables and mix with battter. Adjust salt as per your taste.
STEP 3.Now Heat the oil and with a help of spoon make small small balls and fry. serve with tomato ketchup.
