  • As required Salt as required
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Basmati rice, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1-1.50 Small tej patta
  • 0.17 cup Medium sized onion, thinly sliced sliced onions
  • 1.50 Green cardamoms
  • 1/2 inch Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Black cardamom
  • 2-2.50 Black peppers
  • 1.50 Cloves
  • 1.50 tablespoon Curd
  • As required Salt as required
  • 0.17 cup small sized onion, thinly sliced or sliced onions
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped coriander or mint leaves
