Ingredients for Vegetable sooji besan uttapam Recipe
1/4 nos cup sooji
0.08 nos cup besan
0.17 nos tsp crushed ginger chilli
0.17 nos Cup curd
As required as needed Water
As required to taste Salt
0.17 nos Tsp sugar
1/4 nos cup chopped onion
0.08 nos Cup grated Carrot
0.08 nos Cup chopped coriander leaves
As required as needed Oil for uttapam
Directions: Vegetable Sooji Besan Uttapam Recipe
STEP 1.Mix sooji, besan,curd,salt,ginger chilli paste and water to make a batter which must not be so watery nor so thick.
STEP 2.Cover it for 15 minutes.
STEP 3.Then brush a tawa with oil and pour a ladle of batter on it and make a uttapam.
STEP 4.Now sprinkle all veggies over it.
STEP 5.Cook both sides of it.
STEP 6.Now this sooji besan uttapam is ready to serve. Serve it with any type of ketchup or chutney....
