Ingredients for Vegetable sooji besan uttapam Recipe

  • 1/4 nos cup sooji
  • 0.08 nos cup besan
  • 0.17 nos tsp crushed ginger chilli
  • 0.17 nos Cup curd
  • As required as needed Water
  • As required to taste Salt
  • 0.17 nos Tsp sugar
  • 1/4 nos cup chopped onion
  • 0.08 nos Cup grated Carrot
  • 0.08 nos Cup chopped coriander leaves
  • As required as needed Oil for uttapam

Directions: Vegetable Sooji Besan Uttapam Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix sooji, besan,curd,salt,ginger chilli paste and water to make a batter which must not be so watery nor so thick.
  • STEP 2.Cover it for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Then brush a tawa with oil and pour a ladle of batter on it and make a uttapam.
  • STEP 4.Now sprinkle all veggies over it.
  • STEP 5.Cook both sides of it.
  • STEP 6.Now this sooji besan uttapam is ready to serve. Serve it with any type of ketchup or chutney....
