  • As required Cardamom
  • As required Clove
  • As required Cinnamon
  • 0.33 nos star anise and nutmeg mace - each
  • 0.33 nos Onion - finely chopped
  • As required Ginger
  • 0.33 tablespoon garlic and green chilli paste -
  • 0.33 nos Tomato - sliced
  • 0.33 teaspoon Turmeric Powder -
  • 0.33 tablespoon Chilli powder -
  • 0.33 teaspoon Coriander powder -
  • As required Potato
  • 0.33 nos carrot - each diced
  • 16.67 gms Matter -
  • 33.33 gms Paneer - diced
  • 1 tablespoons Curd -
  • As required Mint and coriander leaves - A handful each
  • As required Water -

Directions: Vegetable Pulao👌💯 Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • STEP 2.Add cardamom, nutmeg mace, cinnamon, star anise and give little saute.
  • STEP 3.Add finely chopped onion and salt, saute well.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.
  • STEP 5.Add sliced tomato and saute well.
  • STEP 6.Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, Coriander powder and saute untill raw smell change.
  • STEP 7.Add mattar, potato, beans, carrot, paneer and enough salt.
  • STEP 8.Add curd and mix well. Add enough water.
  • STEP 9.Cook veggies and boil out excess water.
  • STEP 10.Add coriander and mint leaves.
  • STEP 11.Add cooked basmati rice and mix well.
  • STEP 12.Enjoy the delicious vegetable pulao☺
