Directions: Vegetable Pulao👌💯 Recipe
STEP 1.In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil.
STEP 2.Add cardamom, nutmeg mace, cinnamon, star anise and give little saute.
STEP 3.Add finely chopped onion and salt, saute well.
STEP 4.Add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.
STEP 5.Add sliced tomato and saute well.
STEP 6.Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, Coriander powder and saute untill raw smell change.
STEP 7.Add mattar, potato, beans, carrot, paneer and enough salt.
STEP 8.Add curd and mix well. Add enough water.
STEP 9.Cook veggies and boil out excess water.
STEP 10.Add coriander and mint leaves.
STEP 11.Add cooked basmati rice and mix well.
STEP 12.Enjoy the delicious vegetable pulao☺
