Directions: Vegetable Poha Recipe
STEP 1.First of all, sprinkle sufficient water to soak poha to make it soft and keep aside
STEP 2.In a pan or kadhai, heat oil and fry peanuts until brown, and take them out
STEP 3.In the same oil fry potato cubes and fry. Take them out and keep them aside
STEP 4.Now add curry leaves, green chilies, and cumin seeds, when crackle, add chopped vegetables and stir for 2 minutes.
STEP 5.Add all the powdered spices and salt
STEP 6.Add soaked poha and mix everything together
STEP 7.Cook for 2 minutes covering the lid
STEP 8.Switch off the gas and add lemon juice and mix well
STEP 9.Serve poha hot with fried peanuts over
