Ingredients for Vegetable nuggets Recipe

  • 125 g Boiled Potatoes
  • 3 Pieces Green chillies roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 Cups boiled corn kernels
  • 1/4 Cups finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 Cups finely chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 Tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 Teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 Tablespoon walnuts finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon s finely chopped coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon s powder
  • 1/4 Cup almonds
  • 1/2 Cup flattened rice powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required Oil

Directions: Vegetable Nuggets Recipe

  • STEP 1.First mash the boiled potatoes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil, add chilli and ginger for two seconds, then add carrots and cauliflower.
  • STEP 3.Now it has a mixture of boiled corn, boiled potatoes, oregano, chili flakes, pepper powder, walnuts, coriander, salt and flattened rice powder mixed together to make nuggets.
  • STEP 4.Make a slurry by adding almonds, salt and water in a bowl. In another bowl, pour the flattened rice powder.
  • STEP 5.Now make small balls out of the mixture and dip them in the slurry of all purpose flour and coat with flattened rice powder.
  • STEP 6.Fry nuggets evenly on medium flame in hot oil. Ready to have crispy and crunchy vegetable nuggets. Serve kids' favorite vegetable nuggets with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
