Ingredients for VEGETABLE LOLLIPOP IN BARBEQUE SAUCE Recipe
1/2 cup Finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup Grated carrot
1/4 cup Finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup Finely chopped onions
0.13 Pieces rated beetroot
1/4 tbsp Spring onion chopped
0.13 cup Peas
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 Pieces Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tbsp maida
1/2 Pieces large boiled
A Few pealed potatoes
To Taste salt as per taste
1/2 tsp For sauce
1/2 tbsp Ginger
1/4 Pieces Garlic paste
1/4 tbsp chopped spring onions(optional)
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp Ketchup
1/2 tsp chilliflakes
1/4 As Required Water for adjusting consistency
to taste Salt
Directions: Vegetable Lollipop In Barbeque Sauce Recipe
STEP 1.First take all the vegetables in a bowl and mix it with maida,and all the other ingredients.Make a firm dough.
STEP 2.Next shape the mixture in your hand and insert an ice-cream stick in it.
STEP 3.Apply it all over the icecream stick and give it a lollipop shape.Do this step with firmly else your lollipop might fall apart while frying.
STEP 4.Next fry it in low to medium flame till it gets golden brown from all side.
STEP 5.Drain on to the paper napkin.
STEP 6.Always fry on low flame turning continuosly .
STEP 7.For Bar B Que sauce: First heat a sesame oil in a pan.
STEP 8.Add ginger garlic paste , and saute for a while.
STEP 9.Now add sauce and soya sauce ,salt ,chilli flakes and mix well.
STEP 10.Now add some water to adjust the sauce consistency.
STEP 11.Now dip all the lollipops in bar b que sauce.
STEP 12.Now garnish with spring onions greens n coriander and serve immediately.
