This is an easy and delicious Indian snack made from mashed boiled potatoes and other vegetables such as (carrot, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, corn, beans,)
This is perfect vegan option to have along with a cup of tea 🍵
STEP 1.👉 In a big bowl take boiled mashed potatoes add finely chopped vegetables, green chillies and onion..
STEP 2.👉 Add all spices and salt
STEP 3.👉 Add 3 to 4 tbsp corn flour
STEP 4.👉 1/2 cup bread crumbs
STEP 5.Mix nicely and keep it aside
STEP 6.Take another bowl and mix 1/4 cup all purpose flour and corn flour add little salt and make slurry with the help of water
STEP 7.👉 Grease your hand take a big lemon size ball of mixture dip into the slurry.
STEP 8.👉Coat this with bread crumbs and deep fry them until both they sides turns brown and crisp.....
STEP 9.Best goes with mint chutney or tomato sauce
