Ingredients for Vegan Taco Bowls Recipe

  • As required Cauliflower rice
  • As required Lettuce:shredded
  • As required Avocado:cut into thin slices
  • As required Persian cucumber:diced
  • 15 can Pickled yellow raddish:you also use cooked corn kernels if youre not keto, paleo or whole
  • As required Fresh cilantro and lime wedges:to garnish the bowls
  • 1 teaspoon Avocado oil or avocado oil
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts very finely chopped using a knife or process in a food processor until it resembles the size of crumbled ground meat
  • 3/4 cup Riced cauliflower you can use fresh cauliflower rice or frozen riced cauliflower. for frozen, be sure it's been thawed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon Homemade taco seasoning or use your favorite brand. we like primal palate or siete taco seasoning
  • 1.50 tablespoon Salsa, taco sauce or enchilada sauce homemade or use your favorite brand. we like the whole30 salsas from trader joe's, frontera or siete
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • As required Salt + black pepper to taste
  • 3/4 tablespoon Fresh cilantro finely diced
  • 1/2 Medium red onion finely diced
  • 1/2 Tomato finely diced
  • 1/4 Lime juiced
  • As required Fine sea salt to taste
  • 1 cup Cauliflower rice you can use fresh cauliflower rice or frozen cauliflower rice but be sure it's been thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 Large avocado cut into thin slices
  • 0.17 cup Fresh pico de gallo homemade or use your favorite store bought. we like the one from trader joe's
  • 1/2 Persian cucumber diced
  • 1 teaspoon Pickled yellow radish or sub with cooked corn kernels if not paleo, whole30 or keto
  • As required Fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 Lime cut into wedges or slices
  • 1-1.50 Jalapeno slices optional
  • flakes Red pepper chili flakes optional
  • 15 Vegan shredded cheese or grain free nacho chips we like violife and siete. this is not whole
