Ingredients for Vegan Pot Pie Recipe

  • 1/4 can Batches of vegan pie crust, you also use vegan store bought puff pastry
  • 1/4 tablespoon Vegan butter or oil, softened, plus a little bit more for brushing
  • 0.38 Cloves of garlic, sliced
  • 0.13 Medium onion, chopped
  • 0.13 stick Celery , chopped
  • 1/4 Medium carrots, chopped
  • 1.50 ounce Store bought or homemade vegan chicken, cut into chunks, you can also use seitan or tofu
  • 1/25 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Vegan chicken stock, or vegetable stock
  • 0.06 cup Unsweetened plant milk, i used soy milk
  • 0.06 cup Frozen peas
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.03 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/4 tablespoon Fresh parsley, finely chopped
