  • 1/4 Red bell pepper, cored and finely chopped
  • 3/4-1 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup Full bodied red wine, such as cabernet
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vegan butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon Flour, such as garbanzo bean or all purpose flour
  • 1/4 Batch easy vegan mashed potatoes, for serving
  • As required Salt and pepper, to taste
