  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  • STEP 2.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, combine the almond milk, coffee, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
