  • 1 teaspoon Dried seaweed or kelp granules
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh dill
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • As required Pepper
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened soymilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Canola oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Guar gum if you don't got guar gum, you can also leave it out and double the amount of oil instead
  • 2 Slices whole wheat sandwich toast
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 0.13 Cucumber
  • As required Iceberg lettuce
