  • 1/2 cup Kidney beans soaked overnight or at least for 8 hours then drained
  • 1/2-7.25 ounce Can of fire roasted tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
  • 1.50 Bay leaves
  • 1/2 Tbl smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • As required Salt and pepper
  • As required White or brown rice
  • As required Quinoa
