STEP 1.In one pan boil 100ml water and add the soya milk, in low flame stir continously to reduce ti half.
STEP 2.In another flame add a pan and add sugar, stir continuously to caramelise
STEP 3.Add 2 ladles of soya milk to caramelised sugar and mix and add rest of the milk to sugar, mix and aet aside
STEP 4.Whisk the curd until creamy.
STEP 5.Add the milk to curd and mix well
STEP 6.Pour into ramekins. Place a aluminium tray with 1 cup hot water.
Bake at pre heat 180 deg C for 12-15 mins
STEP 7.Refrigerate overnight and serve chilled
