Ingredients for veg thukpa Recipe

  • As required Ingredients
  • 1 nos Carrots
  • 1/4 nos Cabbage
  • 1/2 nos Onions
  • 1/2 nos Bok choy
  • 1/4 nos Ginger (chopped)
  • 0-1/2 nos Garlic (chopped)
  • 125 gm Plain veg noodles
  • 1/2 l Water
  • 1/4 tbsp Chilly oil
  • As required salt to taste

Directions: Veg Thukpa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method
  • STEP 2.Take a pan sauté garlic and ginger after that stir fry all the vegetables then add water cook them for 20-25 mins. Add salt, While that boil the noodles. Take noodle bowl add noodles pour the vegetable soup,add chilli oil on top and your veg thukpa is ready to serve.
